Any service requiring an hour or more will be held with a credit card.  Such services are; facials, makeup and lash services.



We require that any services booked for an hour give a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time of any change of services, rescheduling and/or cancellations. No shows, late cancellations, rescheduling and change of services for lesser time will be subject to a charge of 100% of your original scheduled treatment. For larger booking times a 72 hour or more notice may apply. 

Please understand that we have held your appointment and turned down other clients and when you forget, cancel late, reschedule or change your service for lesser time without giving proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatment.  As a courtesy, we will try to send you a reminder text. However, if we are unable to do so, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
